Year-round maintenance of the complex, your site, house and pool is organized by the management company, which guarantees your safety and convenience. A beautiful fence runs along the entire perimeter, and the village has only 1 entrance and 1 exit, which provides additional security.

Our cottages are the perfect combination of modern amenities and a cozy country-house atmosphere. Our company offers you to buy your own cottage in one of the most beautiful places on the Black Sea coast.

Each cottage that we offer is designed in a modern style and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Large windows in the rooms provide a beautiful view of the sea and mountains, and balconies allow you to enjoy the fresh sea air. We have used only the best and environmentally friendly materials in the construction of each house to guarantee the reliability and durability of our cottages.

Each house has its own plot of land of 400 m2, which is demarcated by a hedge, planted with lawn, flowers and trees. Each plot has a parking space for a car and a swimming pool (optional). In addition, each house has its own terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or dinner at sunset.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a fireplace, a kitchen, a bedroom, a pantry with a boiler and a washing machine, a toilet and a shower, a covered terrace. On the second floor there are 2 bedrooms, an office (dressing room), 2 toilet rooms with a shower, an open terrace, 2 balconies, a hall, access to a non-residential attic for storage. Each house has its own plot of land with a swimming pool (separate option), covered and open terrace, where you can relax with family and friends.
