You can purchase an apartment in the best complex on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast right by the sea. Apartments from 65 000 to 650 000 euro, from a cozy studios to a luxurious 3-bedroom apartments.

The Owners of apartments in the complex are paying the following annual fees and taxes:

 ● Maintenance and management fee in amount of 21 euro including 20% VAT, per one square meter of the build up area.

 ● Annual tax in amount of 278 euro including VAT 20%, for internet and television connection and maintenance of the access key-cards.

 ● Insurance – 50 euro for a studio apartment, 60 euro for a 1-bedroom apartment and 70 euro for a 2-bedroom and 85 eur for a 3-bedroom apartment.

 ● Fee for servicing the utility bills in amount of 30 euro.

 ● Real estate and garbage tax can be paid by our company at the same rates as of the Nessebar municipality.

There are no additional taxes for general repairs and renovations of the buildings and the constructions on the territory of the complex, everything is included into the sale price.

All apartments are fully furnished, absolutely ready for living and renting in accordance with the tour operators standards and requirements.

The finishing works in all apartments were carried out using only high quality materials.

The Complex is designed for year-round living.

The construction is monolithic using the modern technology of “dry” construction with high quality materials. The masonry of the walls /including the internal ones/ is laid with bricks or aerated concrete, an environmentally friendly materials with excellent technical specifications. The internal walls and ceilings are sheathed with plasterboard.

 ● Entrance hall and kitchen box: Floor – ceramic floor tiles, walls and ceiling – latex paint.

 ● Bathroom: Floor – ceramic floor tiles, walls – ceramic tiles, suspended ceiling.

 ● The living room/bedroom: Floor – laminated parquet flooring, walls and ceiling – latex paint.

 ● The terrace: floor – porcelain stoneware, walls – mineral plaster.

Electric water heating boiler is installed in each apartment, sanitary equipment – toilet, wash basin, shower cabin, furniture and accessories /shelves, mirror, etc/.

MDF interior doors. Air conditioner unit (winter-summer) is installed in each room. PVC window frames with curtains. External doors – with decorative coating and key-card access. There is an option to connect cable TV and internet in each room.

20% of the price payable on signing of the preliminary contract.

The remaining 80% can be paid with Fort Noks deferred payment plan:

 ● Up to one year deferred payment WITHOUT interest.

 ● Up to 3 years deferred payment with 3.5 % annual interest.

 ● Up to 5 years deferred payment with 6.5 % annual interest.

 ● Up to 7 years deferred payment with 9.7 % annual interest.

In case of 50% first installment at signing the preliminary contract – 3% discount of the purchase price.

The apartment can be used /rented/ after 20% of the purchase price is paid.

Signing of the Notary act takes place after full payment for the apartment.
