How do I pay for services in Bulgaria?
Our clients often ask us how they can pay the various bills for their apartment or house: electricity, water, central heating, internet, cable TV, cell phone?
Option 1 - Payments at the nearest local Easy Pay cash register
You must go to a physical office of Easy Pay cash registers and there you can pay all the bills.
Give the office manager your name, contact cell phone number and appropriate customer numbers for water, electricity, internet and more suppliers. Your citizenship is not important, and you will not need personal documents.
The office manager will enter your details into the system and issue a personal card.
Then, go to the nearest office or any other Easy Pay office with your personal card or simply tell the office manager your name and phone number. This will be enough for the office manager to identify you in the customer database and tell you which payment obligations you have and for which suppliers. Then you pay (only in cash) the corresponding debts and receive printed receipts for payment.

What you need to register your personal profile on ePay.bg and pay your bills:
● Prepare your personal credit card and your personal email to create your ePay.bg profile.
● Collect the previous receipts you received for electricity (EVN Bulgaria) and water (water supply and sewage companies), which you may have received after purchasing the apartment.
● These receipts have an "ITN" number and a "customer number". Use these numbers to create the desired account for payment in the ePay.bg system. To do this, click on "Add a new account", and then select the desired company (EVN Electricity Supply or water and sewage supply companies).
● After adding the necessary invoices, you will see the actual invoices for payment in the system. Notifications about new invoices to be paid will reach your email.
